At Pacsafe, we stand by the quality of our anti-theft gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and security features are intact, and include the provided packing slip.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
